Privacy Policy

Effective date: July 3, 2026

Rich Gee LLC ("Rich Gee," "we," "us," or "our") provides executive and business coaching, speaking, writing, and related services through richgee.com and in direct engagements with clients. This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect, why we collect it, how we use and share it, and the rights you have regarding it.

By using richgee.com or engaging our services, you agree to the practices described in this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or submit personal information to us.

Information We Collect

We collect information in three ways:

  • Information you provide directly — such as your name, email address, phone number, company, and any details you share when you book a call, fill out a contact form, subscribe to our newsletter, or engage us for coaching.

  • Payment information — processed through a third-party payment processor (such as Stripe). We do not store full credit card numbers on our own systems.

  • Automatically collected information — such as IP address, browser type, device information, and pages visited, gathered through cookies and standard analytics tools when you visit richgee.com.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Deliver, schedule, and administer coaching services and engagements

  • Respond to inquiries and communicate with you about your engagement

  • Send newsletters, articles, or offers you've opted in to receive

  • Process payments through our payment processor

  • Improve richgee.com and understand how visitors use it

  • Meet legal, tax, and contractual obligations

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

Who We Share Information With

We share personal information only with the service providers who help us run this business, including:

  • Payment processors, to bill clients and process transactions

  • Email and scheduling platforms, to communicate and book sessions

  • Website hosting and analytics providers, to operate and improve richgee.com

Each of these providers is contractually limited to using your information only to perform services on our behalf. We may also disclose information if required by law, or to protect our rights, property, or safety, or that of others.

If Rich Gee LLC is ever acquired, merged, or sells substantially all of its assets, client and user information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to this policy or a successor policy.

Cookies and Analytics

richgee.com uses cookies and standard analytics tools to understand site traffic and improve the visitor experience. You can disable cookies in your browser settings; some site features may not function properly if you do.

How We Protect Your Information

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect your personal information, including encrypted payment processing through our third-party processor. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. Please avoid sending sensitive information (such as payment details or account passwords) to us by email or contact form.

Connecticut Residents (CTDPA)

If you are a Connecticut resident, the Connecticut Data Privacy Act gives you the right to confirm whether we process your personal data, access and correct it, delete it, obtain a portable copy of it, and opt out of its use for targeted advertising, sale, or certain profiling. We do not sell personal data or use it for targeted advertising.
