Three ways in.
One conversation first.

Every engagement starts the same way: a direct conversation about what's actually going on in your business. No intake forms. No 12-page proposals. Just the real picture — and whether we're the right fit.

How it works.

Same starting point regardless of which engagement you choose.

1

The Discovery Call

30 minutes. We look at your business, identify your ceiling, and build your Ceiling Math together. You'll know exactly what the bottleneck is costing you before the call ends.

2

The Right Engagement

Based on what we find, we'll agree on the format that best fits your situation — 1:1 coaching, the cohort, or a keynote for your team. No upsell. Just what makes sense.

3

Measurable Progress

Every 90 days, we review your numbers against the baseline. Not vague progress — actual return. The Ceiling Math we built in session one becomes your scorecard.

Choose your format.

All engagements are minimum 6 months. Real change takes time — and accountability.

  • Bi-weekly sessions (45–60 min)

  • Always On Advisory — direct access between sessions

  • Ceiling Math established in session one

  • Quarterly ROI reviews against baseline

  • Full strategic and leadership scope

  • Minimum 6-month engagement

The full partnership.
Bi-weekly 1:1 sessions plus Always On Advisory — direct access between sessions for the decisions that can't wait. This is where the deepest work happens.

When the owner removes their ceiling, the team often becomes the next one. A three-phase engagement that goes inside your organization — diagnosing, resetting, and sustaining team performance.

  • Phase 1 — The Diagnostic: virtual 1:1 interviews with
    each team member

    one-day onsite workshop
    with your full team

  • Ceiling map delivered after Phase 1

  • 90-day action plan built in Phase 2

  • Quarterly team progress reviews

  • Keynote (60–90 min)

  • Half-day leadership workshop

  • Entrepreneur & owner organizations

  • Corporate leadership offsites

  • New York Public Library, Columbia University & similar

The Performance Ceiling as a keynote or half-day workshop — built around real patterns from 20,000+ coaching hours. For company offsites, entrepreneur organizations, and leadership events.

THE TEAM CEILING PROGRAM

Three phases. One team.
A ceiling removed.

Each phase stands on its own — or run all three as a complete engagement. Most teams start with the Diagnostic and let the data decide what comes next.

PHASE ONE

The Diagnostic

Rich conducts virtual 1:1 interviews with every team member — individually, privately, without the owner in the room.

Each person describes their role, how they interact with the team, where decisions get stuck, and where they feel the ceiling.

DELIVERABLE

The Ceiling Map — a clear picture of where the blocks are, who's carrying what, and where decisions go to die.

PHASE TWO

The Intensive

One day. Onsite. The full team is in the room together.

Rich facilitates a structured session using the Ceiling Map as the foundation — surfacing the real issues, building shared language, and solving problems with solutions the team builds themselves so they actually stick.

DELIVERABLE

A 90-day action plan — built by the team, owned by the team, with clear owners and measurable outcomes.

PHASE THREE

Monthly Momentum

The Intensive creates clarity. Monthly Momentum keeps it alive.

Rich meets with each team member individually each month — maintaining focus, accountability, and forward movement against the 90-day plan.

Old habits are strong. This is what prevents the drift back.

DELIVERABLE

Quarterly team progress reviews against the 90-day plan — measurable momentum, not vague progress.

ON INVESTMENT

Why pricing isn’t on this page.

Coaching is not a commodity. Two business owners at $3M can be in completely different situations — different ceilings, different gaps, different urgency. Posting a number before understanding your specific situation would be the wrong way to start.

What I can tell you: most clients who do the Ceiling Math in our first call find that their gap — the revenue they're not capturing because the ceiling is in place — is 20–50x the cost of coaching.

The investment conversation makes a lot more sense once you know your number.

“The question was never whether you can afford this.
It's how many months you can afford to wait.”

COMMON QUESTIONS

Before you book the call.

  • Most clients haven't. The discovery call isn't a sales pitch — it's a real diagnostic. If we're not the right fit, I'll tell you. If you're genuinely stuck and ready to do the work, you'll know it by the end of the call.

  • Consultants diagnose your business and hand you a plan. Coaching is different: we diagnose you — the decisions you make, the habits that are capping your team, the version of yourself that needs to change. The plan is rarely the problem.

  • The sweet spot is $1M–$20M in revenue. That's where The Performance Ceiling typically shows up — the business has real momentum, but the owner is still the single point of failure for too many things.

  • It's direct access between sessions — text, email, quick calls — for the decisions that can't wait until next Tuesday. Most coaches don't offer this. It's the feature clients consistently say changes everything.

  • Because real change doesn't happen in 90 days. You can shift behavior in 90 days. Changing the organizational patterns that built your ceiling takes longer — and the ROI compounds over time. Clients who stay 12 months see dramatically different results than those who stop at six.

  • We build your Ceiling Math — a clear picture of where you are, where you should be, what the gap is worth, and what's specifically in the way. Most clients leave the first session with a clearer picture of their business than they've had in years.

READY?

One call. Your numbers.
Your ceiling.

No pitch deck. No intake form. Just a direct conversation about what's actually going on — and what it's worth to fix it.
